Stir Crazy Cooking theatre is situated in the Superyacht Training Academy, on 14 West Quay Road, V&A Waterfront, Cape Town.

We offer a wide variety of cooking courses that are ideal for anyone interested in learning a new skill, flavour or style of cooking, either during the day or in the evening.  Classes include experiences like  South African Cooking Safari, Asian cuisine, sushi, vegetarian, Master classes in seafood or meat, flavour blending, Cape Malay, Italian, vegan, new style tapas, dim sum, patisserie and more.  Our courses include breads & baking, Private classes, Team-buildings, corporate functions etc.

Participants get involved in preparing delicious course recipes which are shared around the dinner table after the cooking session.

Our cooking experiences are taught by professional chefs, offering a fun, interactive, relaxed and informative session, making your experience with Stir crazy truly memorable.

Join in on one of our 3 hour cooking classes or choose our truly authentic South African Cooking safari experience, where you will enjoy South African, Cape Malay and African cuisine.  Private and customised classes are available on request.

Stir crazy provides the opportunity for international guests to experience an authentic South African cooking experience in the Waterfront or Houtbay, where guests can choose to participate or sit-down and watch how professional chefs prepare and plate the meals and then enjoy the delicious meal with great wines.

Stir Crazy Cooking events include, exclusive, once a month Pop up dinners, Lunch on board the Jackie O Luxury yacht and First Thursday’s Cooking Demonstrations (Every first Thursday of the Month) where guests can sample delicious recipes prepared in front of them and more!
