Gibson’s is a trendy burger joint at the popular V&A Waterfront, just a few doors down from its sister restaurants Belthazar and Balducci. It specialises in gourmet burgers, ribs and has over 100 handspun WOW shakes on offer. The ‘Ultimate Burger’ served in this stylish restaurant is the result of research done in Chicago, New York and Las Vegas, the input of Belthazar’s master butcher as well as feedback from hundreds of burger tastings by friends and customers. We could also tap into the 27 years of experience we have in making sauces in our factory. With a modern vibe, seating inside and out, and excellent harbour views, Gibson’s is a great spot to join friends for a night out. Enjoy export quality, grain-fed beef, Karoo lamb, pork ribs and gourmet designer burgers.
