Jiko Pizza Bar & Grill

We are known for our crispy, thin-based pizzas.

Our name is inspired by how we bake our pizzas in a traditional Tanzanian charcoal oven, known as a ‘jiko’ in Swahili.

Being the first and only jiko pizzeria in Dar es Salaam, we have a simple philosophy to provide our customers with a style of pizza that’s both wholesome and homemade.

Our dough is freshly kneaded every day and we cook our sauce to perfection with organic tomatoes, olive oil, oregano, garlic, salt and pinch of sugar.
