Congratulate for have saving us Dar residents with your superb goods and services.
However, I presume you revisit the placement of your staff at Namanga Branch. They might not be professional in this market industry. Both of them have used to offer a very poor customer care. E.g today 12th December, 2020, I asked for a stappler but a taller one just told me from far, “just look for it yourself” instead of making sure that she gets it for me after missing it on the shelf.
I therefore, kindly advise you as your customer to maker sure you arrest this situation ASAP
